This partnership allows WBE Canada to fully support its Corporate and Government members by collecting, analyzing and reporting accurate supplier diversity data and leveraging existing technology to streamline and automate supplier diversity tasks for you, without overextending your internal resources and budget.

LEVEL 1
SUPPLIER DIVERSITY ASSESSMENT
(DATA SCRUB)
After the initial complimentary assessment, perform regular monthly/quarterly assessments to maintain continual knowledge of your diverse supply chain. Assessments will utilize all councils you are a member of (Canada and US) plus all publicly available directories in the system.
LEVEL 2
DIVERSITY SPEND REPORTING
Combine supplier and spend data to provide Tier 1 Spend Analysis, with dashboards and reports to provide segmented data by account code, department, region, and other classifications. Also collect Tier 2 expenditure data with an automated supplier reporting process. Once you identify the suppliers required to report data, the system handles all communications, data collection, and diverse status validation for you. Data is provided in real-time as it is collected from suppliers.
LEVEL 3
DIVERSITY REGISTRATION PORTAL
Activate a customized online, branded supplier diversity portal to simplify and automate the registration process of diverse suppliers with your organization. Collect and customize supplier information to meet your purchasing requirements, including, but not limited to – certifications, capacity information, revenue, geographical footprint, past & current references, to name a few.

Security
Security of your data is our top priority. The B2Gnow system is SOC 2 Type II certified and uses the highest level of security protocols available. Hosted on the Amazon AWS platform, multiple layers of security are in place to protect all aspects of the system. All data is encrypted during transfer and secure FTP is used for exchanging any data files. Further, your data is your data, period. You own it, we will treat it always as confidential, and it is made available to you in the system only for your access. Your data will never be shared with any third-party.
