WBE Canada Withdraws Its Membership From SDAC

For Immediate Release

After much consideration and discussion at the Board level WBE Canada is withdrawing its membership with the Supplier Diversity Alliance Canada (SDAC) effective immediately. While our Mission, Values and practices are very much in line with the original intentions and goals of SDAC, it has become clear that our beliefs about how those intentions and goals are best achieved differ significantly. Regrettably, after multiple attempts to close this gap, we have come to the conclusion that at this time those differences are irreconcilable.

Please know that our withdrawal from membership does not impact any future partnerships with individual supplier diversity councils in Canada and globally. We will be happy to collaborate with one or multiple councils as needed and as is mutually beneficial.
