Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will report to the Marketing Manager and serve as an integral part of the Marketing department. This position understands Social Media inside-out and can creatively combine skills in campaign management and copywriting to grow a following and engagement with customers, partners, staff, and potential new members for our organization. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding and track record of developing strategies, creating content, working on campaigns, and driving brand awareness.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our Marketing team, you will:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including marketing funnels, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to ensure timelines and KPIs are managed and on track
  • Design, build and maintain our websites by staying current with website optimization, SEO and industry trends
  • Research and analyzing keywords to increase website visibility in search engine result pages (SERPs)
  • Maintain and improve organic traffic through analysis, optimizations, and utilizing SEO/SEM
  • Design, build, & optimize campaigns for social media organic content and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter for the continual improvement of performance
  • Analyze the budget and maximize return on investment (ROI) for all digital marketing campaigns and paid ads
  • Build reports to display trends and analysis
  • Collaborate with external and internal teams to create and manage landing pages, value-added and engaging content and other creative assets to optimize user experience across our digital platforms (social media graphics, vertical videos, and all others as needed)
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies
  • Provide support to the marketing team during National Conference – live social media event posting, online interaction and engagement with the audiences.

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, social media and content creation or BS/MS degree in digital marketing or a related field with 3+ years of working experience
  • Top-notch personal branding
  • Strong writing and editing skills and experience creating engaging content for landing pages, blog, emails and social media (text, graphics, video)
  • Proven experience building and maintaining marketing automations and campaigns that engage audience and drive results
  • Working knowledge of Canva, WordPress, HTML, CSS, SEO, PPC, social media platforms and social advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of data and analytics tools
  • Ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, environment, and driven culture
