Maryse Benhoff Assumes Role of Chair of WBE Canada’s Supplier Advisory Committee
WBE Canada announces Maryse Benhoff will assume the role of chair of WBE Canada’s Supplier Advisory Committee and WBE representative on the Board of Directors effective immediately. Maryse, who has been an active member of the SAC committee since 2019 replaces Katie Tingley who leaves the position as she begins a new chapter in her professional career.

I look forward to seeing how WBE Canada will continue to grow and evolve as it champions diversity and women business owners. I have every confidence in Maryse’s leadership ability and wish her the best in her new role.”
Maryse Benhoff is President and Founder of BG Communications International Inc. a renowned Montreal-based translation firm that has been providing professional linguistic services for 25 years. BG Communications has been certified with WBE Canada since 2009. The Supplier Advisory Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the President of WBE Canada and Board of Directors, providing input and feedback on WBE Canada programs and other matters. Participation in the Committee offers opportunities for WBEs to represent the voice of all women business enterprises at the strategic level. Members of WBE Canada’s Supplier Advisory Committee are elected for a 2-year mandate by the Certified WBE community and their role is to ensure that the organization’s strategic direction addresses and reflects the needs of all certified WBEs. Having representation from the WBE Community on the Board of Directors ensures that Supplier Diversity remains at the forefront with all Corporate Members engaged in knowledge sharing between women-owned suppliers and corporate buyers.
