WBE Canada announces Silvia Pencak as its new President

TORONTO, March 03, 2018 – WBE Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Silvia Pencak as its new President, replacing Mary Anderson, who is retiring. Silvia will begin the transition into her role over March, providing sufficient time to complete an orderly transition.

Silvia Pencak is a highly experienced, successful and well-regarded business leader with significant global experience. Silvia was born and raised in Slovakia, Europe where she founded and led a nonprofit organization which 15 years later still supports communities in the region. She immigrated to Canada in 2006 and built a global consulting & training business. Silvia has the drive and passion to support the mission of WBE Canada, knowing first-hand how a certified woman-owned business benefits from supplier diversity. Silvia is the ideal leader to take the organization to the next level.
