Meet the Presenters

Anne-Marie DeslauriersAnne-Marie Deslauriers

A graduate in Management from Concordia University, Anne-Marie has more than 25 years of experience in the field of IT and high technology recruitment. Recognized for her personality, her dynamism and her determination, she knew how to stand out and has grown her business over the years. Involved in the community, she actively participates in the activities of WBE Canada, WeConnect International, CCMM, RFAQ, AQT and Réseau Action TI. In addition, Anne-Marie Deslauriers was the recipient of the Women Business Enterprises Canada Council (WBE Canada) President’s Award presented at the 2021  Excellence Awards.

 

 

Darlene MarinoDarlene Marino

Darlene Marino, is the President and owner of Procurement Management Services Inc. She is a Supply Chain Consultant with more than 25 years experience and a Certified Business Coach through the Certified Coaches Federation (CCF). Darlene has been providing procurement outsourcing services and supply chain solutions to public and private companies since 2017. A certified women’s business enterprise through WBE Canada since September 2021.

She coordinates and attends numerous trade shows and in-person events, where she actively engages with attendees to showcase INPS’s services and establish valuable connections. Michelle’s go-to platform for professional networking is LinkedIn, where she cultivates relationships with business associates. Michelle’s approach to event planning is strategic, emphasizing pre-event activity planning to understand attendees’ needs and tailor INPS’s offerings accordingly. Her proactive approach ensures that INPS maximizes its presence at events and effectively communicates its value proposition to potential clients.
