Meet the Speakers
Debra Boyce
Debra Boyce is a Winnipeg-based Trade Commissioner in the Regional Office for Manitoba and Saskatchewan of Global Affairs Canada. She supports Manitoban exporters in the ICT, life science and creative industry sectors. Prior to her assignment in Winnipeg, she served as a trade commissioner in India, Indonesia and Trinidad and Tobago and as a public diplomacy officer at Canada’s embassy in Afghanistan. Before joining Global Affairs Canada in 2004, Debra worked as a journalist in Cambodia, Singapore and Hong Kong for various US media entities.
Reynolds Lauer
Reynolds Lauer is a Trade Commissioner with Global Affairs Canada. He is based in Saskatoon where he provides assistance to technology and life science companies. He has worked as a Trade Commissioner for the past two and half years and was previously a Senior Business Officer with PrairiesCan.
