WBE Canada invites all Corporate Members to kick off 2023 with an all-new Supplier Diversity Toolkit Workshop scheduled for February 1 and February 2. Join Jamie Crump, President of The Richwell Group and Lead Consultant for the WBE Canada Accelerator Program; and Lindsay Lapaquette, President of Collaborative Solutions and Workplace Communications Expert as they take a deep dive into finding diverse suppliers and getting them into your supply chain.

Jamie Crump

Jamie Crump has focused her career in strategic sourcing and supplier diversity across a variety of industries including: banking, catastrophic insurance, heavy equipment rental, IT, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and welding and medical supply. A frequent speaker at sourcing, supplier diversity and leadership events across the U.S. and Canada, Jamie has also been responsible for strategic sourcing, business services and operations, software development, capacity provisioning, and supplier diversity over the course of her career. Crump is the author of Backstage Pass: Pulling the Curtain Back on the Business of Supplier Diversity, that takes a look at how supplier diversity interacts with other areas of business or cast members. Termed the missing business strategy, she shows how a supplier diversity business strategy makes a company more competitive and profitable.


Lindsay LapaquetteLindsay Lapaquette

Lindsay Lapaquette, M.Sc.(A), applies her expertise in the neuroscience of communication to help managers foster an environment of trust and respect so that everyone can bring their best selves to work. As a disabled mom to disabled children, Lindsay has spent her career challenging her own internalized beliefs and biases. She believes that we can all create a more inclusive world through daily interpersonal interactions and committed advocacy for policy change. With a thirst to learn that can never be quenched, Lindsay brings extensive experience in emotional regulation, trauma-informed de-escalation, cultural proficiency, collaborative problem-solving, and mental health to her work.
