As RBC’s Global Supplier Diversity Lead, Jessica works with a team of procurement and business professionals across the globe, leading the bank’s Supplier Diversity strategy. She is a member of the Global Procurement team within the Chief Administrative & Strategy Office. With over 30 years of experience, she is known for her relationship building skills, her bold approach when working to achieve results, and her ability to effectively engage teams. Jessica is energized by connecting with suppliers and finding ways to advance opportunity for underrepresented businesses by promoting an inclusive supply chain and levelling the playing field for suppliers. She firmly believes that enabling economic inclusion strengthens local economies and creates value for communities.

Silvia has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit and business environment, leading transformational projects and teams. Her diverse international background spearheading successful initiatives gives her a wealth of experience to lead supplier diversity to its next level to ensure continued growth and success of Canadian Women Business Enterprises. She is a member of the Advisory Committee to the PSPC Minister and advisor to other leaders across Canada and various industries, tirelessly advocating more opportunities and better support for Canadian women-owned businesses in Canada and globally.
