Presenters:
Rachel Lai
Rachel joined RBC in the Enterprise Cloud Architecture team and has represented execution and delivery excellence with her various contributions to the Cloud Program, driving development and adoption of Cloud services.
She has also led the data strategy and delivery in Cloud, including many first-time successes with Cyber, Digital Marketing, and other areas across the organization. In her current role, Rachel leads RBC Brain Product Management and Delivery, to democratize machine learning and artificial intelligence, with real-time data integration and standardized guardrails to mitigate potential ML / AI risks.
Wilson Muga
Wilson is currently Sourcing Manager, supporting Tech Infrastructure under Technology & Operations. He is part of a team that executes and manages the technology procurement needs of a portfolio whose spend is greater than $600MM per year. He focuses on establishing strong business relationships with other leaders across RBC T&O to learn their strategic objectives and priorities in order to better partner with them. In doing so he is able to add value through the introduction of innovative sourcing strategies that meet their needs.
Since 2005, through collaboration and partnerships with internal teams and suppliers, Wilson has been delivering procurement solutions for financial, and telecommunications institutions in several countries spanning four continents.
