Jamie CrumpJamie Crump

Jamie Crump has focused her career in strategic sourcing and supplier diversity across a variety of industries including: banking, catastrophic insurance, heavy equipment rental, IT, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and welding and medical supply. A frequent speaker at sourcing, supplier diversity and leadership events across the U.S. and Canada, Jamie has also been responsible for strategic sourcing, business services and operations, software development, capacity provisioning, and supplier diversity over the course of her career. Crump is the author of Backstage Pass: Pulling the Curtain Back on the Business of Supplier Diversity, that takes a look at how supplier diversity interacts with other areas of business or cast members. Termed the missing business strategy, she shows how a supplier diversity business strategy makes a company more competitive and profitable.

Jessica Grey

In Jessica’s current role, she works with a team of Procurement Professionals, across the globe, leading programs such as Supplier Diversity, Learning & Development, and manages the governance process for a variety of Global Procurement Policies and Procedures. Before joining RBC in 2006, Jessica began her managerial experience in the Call Centre at Rogers Communications. Over the past 30 years, she provided Myron Manufacturing, Clearnet PCS Inc (now Telus), Laval life, Direct Energy, Energy America, American Express and RBC with her brand of expertise.

Jessica firmly believes that inclusive procurement practices strengthen local economies, forge new business opportunities and create value for communities. Her goal is to advance equality of opportunity for women, BIPOC, LGBT+, people with disabilities, service-disabled and veteran-owned businesses by promoting an inclusive supply chain and levelling the playing field for diverse suppliers.

Rosalie Peevers

Rosalie holds a Bachelor degree in Science from McGill University and 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields. Rosalie has expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier diversity management and project management from both the public and private sectors. Rosalie recently joined the Procurement team of CBC/Radio-Canada as the Senior Advisor – Sustainable procurement (Diversity) to with the implementation and launch of the Supplier Diversity Initiative as part of the procurement process.

 

Maude PariseauMaude Pariseau

Maude has been Director, Procurement at BDC since 2016, where she is responsible for the organization’s procurement and supplier diversity programs.

With a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Maude has over 15 years of experience working with entrepreneurs. Driven by a desire to increase diversity and inclusion at BDC, Maude is passionately involved in a number of networks and collaborates with several organizations offering underserved markets such as women-owned businesses and minorities the opportunity to grow through access to new supply chains or the expansion of existing channels.
