Meet Alan Roberts
Alan Roberts started his career in the graphics arts industry in 1976 first managing one of the largest retail branches for The Printing House Ltd, Alan was the first Manager to have multi-branch responsibility and then developed a centralized Graphics Operation to serve the branch network across Canada. Alan was promoted to Marketing Director in 1985 and was Vice President of Business Development from 1987 to 1995 when he joined the DATA Communications Management as General Manager of their On-Demand Services Division where he developed ten operations across Canada. Alan rejoined The Printing House in 2003 through 2006 as Vice President of Marketing. Alan then entered the publishing industry as General Manager of Patient News Publishing the largest dental newsletter publisher in North America. Alan then joined Xerox Global Services in 2009 and was responsible for establishing Xerox Global Services at the University of British Columbia and moved to Xerox Head Office in a country and global role as Communication and Marketing Services Program Manager. In March of 2012, Alan rejoined DATA Communications Management as Senior Vice President Operations. During his tenure at DATA, Alan has developed and implemented Marketing Campaign Management into their product offering, opened their first manufacturing operation in the US in Niles Illinois, and launched Retail Marketing Promotion Services. Alan leads all Client facing technologies at DCM.
