Her career has been marked by a consistent track record of driving technology adoption within the finance industry, complemented by extensive expertise in process design, enterprise-scale system migrations, and data & analytics. The above skills and experience has helped Courtney hone her skill of ‘Story Telling’ and PowerPoint through the need to get buy-in of stakeholders for transformation. Story Telling is critical for swaying difficult stakeholders (or clients) and getting a consensus. It requires one to think more strategically about the content they are sharing, how the audience will receive the message, and the information an individual requires to make the decision presented to them. When paired with PowerPoint skills which bring your slides to the next level by leveraging visualization best practices, your presentations will be more professional and will captivate your audience.
