WBE Canada Welcomes Two New Members to Board of Directors
Women Business Enterprises Canada Council (WBE Canada) is pleased to announce that two new members have joined the Board of Directors. Effective immediately, the Board welcomes Belinda Chopping from RBC and Janice Tee from Magna International.
Replacing long term RBC representative on the Board Kiruba Sankar is Belinda Chopping, Senior Director, Global Procurement Solutions and Services, RBC. Belinda has been at RBC since 2013 and brings more than 20 years of experience successfully implementing transformational programs, operational efficiency, automation, analytics and complex technology delivery programs. Belinda manages the enterprise source to pay, spend analytics as well as the enterprise travel and expense management product teams and policies.

Janice Tee, Senior Manager, Global Human Resources and Talent Management at Magna is a dedicated HR professional with a commitment to creating initiatives that place employees at the center of company success. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leaders around the globe to deliver contemporary, high-impact people programs. In her current role with the Cosma group at Magna, Janice has program accountability multiple HR initiatives focused on HR systems, talent management, recruitment, employee value proposition and diversity, equity and inclusion impacting more than 40,000 employees in 18 countries. Her more than 20 years of Strategic HR experience has made her a strong contributor and an advisor to leaders focused on effective people practices and processes.
